Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hot Stamp Press Operator to join our clients production team. This position is responsible for operating a hot stamp press and performing various preparation and finishing tasks to ensure products meet quality standards.
This is a hands-on repetitive production position that requires strong attention to detail consistency and the ability to follow established processes. While the position involves standing and working at a machine throughout the shift it is not considered heavy labor.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate hot stamp presses and other light production equipment according to established procedures.
• Prepare products and materials for the hot stamping and finishing process.
• Load position and remove products from machinery accurately and efficiently.
• Perform finishing and post-production tasks to ensure products are completed properly.
• Inspect finished products for quality accuracy and consistency.
• Identify defects or issues and communicate them to the appropriate team member.
• Complete repetitive production tasks while maintaining a consistent level of quality and accuracy.
• Use basic hand tools or other equipment as needed for production and finishing tasks.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures work instructions and quality standards.
• Meet established production and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation manufacturing production or finishing experience.
• Hot stamp press experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify small imperfections or inconsistencies.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable standing and working at a machine for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to use basic hand tools as needed.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Pay: $17.00/hr
