The Difference You Will Make

As a Host you are the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming friendly and organized dining experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests managing reservations and waitlists seating guests efficiently and maintaining smooth communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

What Youll Bring:

• Warmly greet every guest upon arrival and departure.

• Create a positive first impression by maintaining a friendly professional and polished demeanor.

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options.

• Answer guest questions about the restaurant menu or wait times.

• Manage reservations using the restaurants booking system.

• Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to work with long periods of standing and walking throughout the dining room kitchen and service addition employees will walk; handle food and beverage objects reach and extend with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasional climbing balancing stooping crouching and crawling; specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision and the ability to focus.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job the employee is exposed to a restaurant environment including a kitchen area.

Location and Travel: Position will be based in Nashville TN Brier Creek NC Pflugerville TX or Columbus OH with occasional travel to local stores.
