Position SummaryThe role of the Hospital Greeter is responsible for conducting health screenings for employees visitors and patients including taking temperature readings administering health questionnaires and providing information on health and safety : 3 days a week (flexible) - 3pm-9pmResponsibilitiesConduct health screenings for employees visitors and patients using established protocols including taking temperature readings administering health questionnaires and providing guidance on health and safety screening results and determine appropriate next steps such as referring individuals to a healthcare provider isolating them for observation or denying access to the confidentiality of all health-related information obtained during screening education on health and safety protocols including proper hand hygiene social distancing and the use of personal protective accurate records of all screening activities including tracking the number of individuals screened their screening results and any follow-up with other healthcare professionals and facility staff to follow all health and safety effectively providing clear and accurate information about the screening process and results while screening :Educational Requirements: High School or GEDYears of Experience: Entry LevelLanguage Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and writtenRequirements:You must be 18 or older to uniform standardsMaintain a professional and polite to VPNEs attendance policyBe able and willing to smile during every customer uniform standards while around the to create relationships with customersOrganization and strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to effectively maneuver around various locations both inside and outside while engaging in bending prolonged standing running and prolonged sitting in all weather conditionsAbility to receive medical and security clearance for one or more locationsWhen necessary possess the manual dexterity to operate essential office equipment including the mental acuity to be able to read thermometers and give clear and concise information to patients.#vpnehealth
