Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service through a compassionate supportive team that values communication integrity teamwork and continuous growth.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) youll provide compassionate individualized hospice care wherever patients call homeincluding private residences skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses Social Workers Chaplains CNAs and volunteers to develop care plans that support the physical emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families. We prioritize quality over quantity by maintaining lower clinician caseloads and higher staff-to-patient ratios. This allows our nurses to spend more meaningful time with patients and families build lasting relationships and provide the compassionate personalized care every patient deserves. Depending on your strengths and interests we do have various nursing opportunities available.
Registered Nurse - Case Manager
- Full Tim Days - Monday Friday

- Pay range: $78K - $83K/yrly DOE plus bonus opportunities
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice
A passion for providing exceptional patient-centered hospice care
Strong collaboration and communication skills with interdisciplinary care teams
Ability to work independently while effectively managing your daily schedule
Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance patient visits documentation meetings and urgent needs
Comfort learning and utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Reliable transportation a valid drivers license and current auto insurance to travel throughout the service area
