Youll step into a field-based healthcare sales and business development role focused on developing referral relationships increasing hospice admissions and serving as a trusted liaison between healthcare providers community partners prospective families and the hospice team. Youll have the autonomy to manage your territory while building a strong referral network throughout the community.

What makes you a great fit
You have experience working within healthcare
Experience in hospice home health long-term care acute care or a related setting is welcome
Sales and marketing experience is preferred
Hospice or home health sales experience is highly desirable
Youre comfortable developing new referral sources and conducting external sales calls
You have strong communication and relationship-building skills
Youre organized goal-oriented and comfortable independently managing a territory

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $85000 annually
Monthly referral bonus: Up to $3000
Potential annual cash compensation: Up to $121000
