Were hiring a Hospice Executive Director who wants meaningful executive autonomy a substantial existing operation and the opportunity to build the next phase of growth.

Youll step into a multi-site hospice leadership role overseeing an approximately 300-patient census with a goal of reaching 350. Youll lead operations strengthen processes develop leaders improve quality and retention and partner with business development to drive sustainable growth.

You have significant hospice leadership experience preferrably as an ED
Youve successfully driven census growth and operational improvement
You know how to build processes and hold teams accountable
You can balance performance expectations with employee engagement and retention
Youre comfortable owning operational and financial KPIs
A nursing background is helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $160000$185000
15% performance bonus paid quarterly
