This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Part-Time All Shifts Available $20.00 per hour

We are seeking compassionate reliable and dependable caregivers to provide quality support and assistance to an individual receiving hospice care. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact by helping someone maintain comfort dignity and independence in their home. Responsibilities
Assist with transfers to and from bed and wheelchair
Provide sponge baths or assist with in-shower bathing
Assist with dressing and grooming
Provide toileting assistance
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Assist with range of motion (ROM) exercises
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Run errands and complete community-based tasks for the client
Provide companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
Must pass a background check prior to hire
Must have a valid drivers license vehicle insurance and reliable transportation for errands
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Two years of experience in CNA in-home care adult care assisted living or a related field preferred
