Accounts Payable SupervisorLocation: Horsham PA OnsiteSchedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM4:30 PM Position OverviewThe Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee the accounts payable team and processes ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices payments and reconciliations. This role requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. Key DutiesThe responsibilities of this position include:Supervise and manage the accounts payable team providing guidance and and approve extraordinary invoices for accuracy coding and proper and execute payment processes based on the established payment vendor statements and resolve discrepancies and update vendor records ensuring compliance with company timely month-end closing activities related to accounts and analyze accounts payable processes to identify opportunities for and present accounts payable reports to with the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support company support for internal and external audits as and train accounts payable staff on best practices and procedures. RequirementsBachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role with supervisory in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly understanding of accounts payable processes accounting principles and internal leadership and management attention to detail and organizational and time management communication and interpersonal to handle confidential information with knowledge of accounts payable processes and with accounting software (e.g. SAP Turn14 Apps).Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
