Home Visits Registered Nurse

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Visits Registered Nurse to provide exceptional in-home nursing care to patients in Wayne County MI. This role involves delivering personalized health services assessing patient needs and promoting wellness in a comfortable and supportive home environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge excellent communication skills and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through attentive and individualized care.

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing services such as wound care medication management and chronic disease monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and promoting wellness.
• Document all patient interactions treatments and progress accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations governing home healthcare.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 years nursing experience preferably in home health.

• Strong assessment clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in Wayne County MI.
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
