Job Overview

As a Home Services Technician you play a key role in helping patients receive the medical equipment they need to stay safe and comfortable at home. Youll deliver and pick up durable medical equipment directly from patients homes ensuring each item is safe functional and ready for use.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently staying active and making a direct impact in peoples lives every day. Youll be part of a supportive team that values reliability safety and great customer service.

What Youll Do

  • Deliver and pick up medical equipment in patients homes in a safe and timely manner
  • Inspect equipment to ensure it is clean functional and ready for use before delivery or pickup
  • Safely load unload and transport medical equipment (heavy lifting required)
  • Use a computer/tablet to manage delivery schedules documentation and service updates
  • Communicate professionally with patients caregivers and internal team members
  • Follow all safety procedures driving regulations and company protocols
  • Participate in on-call rotation for evenings and weekends as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of customer service and safety

What Were Looking For

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid drivers license and current auto insurance
  • Clean driving record (verified by Motor Vehicle Report)
  • Computer literacy and ability to use a tablet or mobile device for documentation
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work
  • Must be available for on-call evenings and weekends
  • Must maintain reliable cell phone availability as a condition of employment

Preferred:

  • Previous experience driving a commercial van or similar vehicle
  • Experience in delivery logistics healthcare equipment or customer service roles
