Job Summary

MISSION:

The HomeCare Client Service Manager supports our HomeCare team in executing warranty home maintenance service requests and select projects to create Raving Fan Clients and ensure a steady flow of references and referrals.



ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell Manage and Execute on Warranty Maintenance and Services for select Clients
  • Perform Project Manager duties for Select Projects (up to $300000 in value)
  • Create and maintain accurate and thorough property documentation
  • Manage quality control of all ongoing and completed work
  • Maintain and Create Raving Fans Clients


EXPECTED RESULTS:

  • To help meet our overall Company revenue goal by completing warranty home maintenance service requests and select projects
  • Keep our Warranty promise to Clients to ensure our Ravings Fans stay Raving Fans
  • Be a single point of accountability and communication and act as an advocate for the Clients and proactively assist them in protecting the investment made in their home
  • Maintain and Create Raving Fan Clients and a steady stream of references and referrals.
  • Monitor and maximize billable hours to minimize indirect costs and protect our gross profit margins



EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Residential Construction Expertise Minimum 5 years experience in one or more of the following: high-end custom homebuilding remodeling or home maintenance management.
  • Project Management Proven track record managing multiple small concurrent projects meeting budgets timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Client-Facing Service Demonstrated success as the single point of accountability for client communications service requests and issue resolution.
  • Warranty & Maintenance Programs Experience managing warranty claims preventive maintenance plans and service documentation systems. (Not Required)
  • Vendor/Subcontractor Oversight Skilled in procuring bids negotiating contracts and holding trades accountable to quality and warranty standards.
  • Project Financials Experience handling and managing project financials in construction management software.
  • Technical Skills Proficiency with construction/project management platforms Microsoft 365 and digital documentation workflows.
  • Interpersonal Communication Exceptional ability to build rapport maintain trust and manage expectations with discerning clients subcontractors and internal teams.



  • Background Must be able to pass a criminal history background check have a valid Drivers License and be insurable to drive a Risher Martin vehicle.
