What makes you a great fit

You are a licensed Physical Therapist in Connecticut or eligible for licensure
You have professional Physical Therapy experience
Home health experience is strongly preferred
Youre comfortable independently managing a mobile patient caseload
You enjoy helping patients regain mobility function and independence at home
You value autonomy and a smaller high-touch work environment

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $105000$130000
Additional productivity incentives available with final structure being established
