Youll lead and coordinate all administrative and operational functions of our agencyensuring top-tier patient care and team performance.

• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team including the Clinical Manager and departmental leaders.

• Align daily operations with strategic business objectives.

• Lead operational projects and implement change initiatives.

• Oversee compliance efforts and uphold Health Links core values.

• Conduct staff performance evaluations and facilitate professional growth.

• Manage assets including equipment and system access.

• Maintain contracts licenses and credentialing documentation.

• Guide survey readiness and staff development programs.

• Contribute to budgeting and strategic planning.

• Monitor industry trends and share key insights.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Operational excellence and process improvement mindset.

• Strong communication negotiation and leadership skills.

• Financial acumen and experience in operations.

• Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel.
