HHA Responsibilities

As aHome Health Aide (HHA) you will:

• Provide one-on-one personal care for seniors in their homes.

• Assistclients with bathing dressing grooming toileting and personal hygiene.

• Help with mobility transfers and walkingassistance.

• Prepare meals andassistwith feeding when needed.

• Perform light housekeepingandlaundry.

• Provide medication reminders.

• Offercompanionship and emotional support.

• Assistwith shopping errands and transportation whenappropriate.

• Help clientsmaintaina safe comfortable and independent lifestyle.

HHA Requirements

• Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.

• Previousexperience as aHome Health Aide (HHA)is a plus but notrequired.

• Compassionate dependable and professional attitude.

• Reliable transportationpreferred.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Excellent communication and caregiving skills.
