Home Health Aide

Seeking an experienced self-motivated caregiver to provide compassionate attentive care to a veteran in his home.

Schedule: MondayFriday with availability between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities include close supervision especially in the bathroom; assistance with toileting incontinence care dressing and transfers; fall prevention; meal preparation; and reminders to drink fluids. The veteran uses a rollator is hard of hearing and vision impaired and prefers soft foods and finger foods. He enjoys conversation and sitting outside on the deck.

A medium-sized dog is in the home. The veteran smokes so caregivers must monitor closely to help prevent burns.
