Home Care Worker

Join University Home Care Inc as a a dedicated Home Care Worker providing compassionate personalized care to clients in Canton MI. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities to promote independence and improve quality of life.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide mobility assistance and help with exercises as directed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients well-being
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family members

• Previous experience in home care or related field is an asset
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable compassionate and punctual
• Valid drivers license or reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass background checks

• Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00 paid twice a month
