Home Care Worker

As a Home Care Worker you will provide essential support to clients in their homes helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This role requires empathy patience and a strong commitment to delivering personalized care.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with light housekeeping tasks including laundry cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
• Ensure client privacy and confidentiality at all times

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Blissfield MI
