Home Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team inRockwood MI. This role involves providing personalized care and support to our clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare providers and family members.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress.
• Ensure client privacy and confidentiality at all times.

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
• Reliable compassionate and patient personality.
• Valid drivers license or reliable transportation may be required.
• Must pass background check and any required certifications.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 based on experience.
