Home Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aids to provide exceptional in-home support to our clients in Royal Oak MI. As a Home Care Aid you will assist individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence in the comfort of their own homes.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and personal hygiene.
• Support with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping duties such as laundry cleaning and organizing living spaces.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to supervisors.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.

• Previous experience in home care or related field is an asset but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable punctual and able to work independently.
• Ability to pass background.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Compensation: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour paid twice a month.
