Following each clients care plan youll help with:

Companionship and meaningful conversation

Bathing dressing grooming and toileting

Mobility and daily routines

Meal preparation light housekeeping and laundry

Medication reminders

Transportation and errands when assigned

Care documentation and reporting changes to the office
