Home Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our team at University Home Care this role you will provide essential in-home care services to our clients in Newport MI helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming
• Provide medication reminders and support as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Monitor clients health and report any changes to supervisory staff
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

• Previous experience in home care or related field preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients families and team members
• Compassionate patient and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid drivers license or reliable transportation is a plus

• Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00 paid twice a month
