Home Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Attendant to provide personalized care and support to our clients in Temperance MI. As a Home Attendant you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with daily living activities in a respectful and caring manner.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and client preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in home care or related field preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable punctual and able to work independently.
• Must pass background checks.

• Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00 per hour.
