Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team!
Under the direction of the Program Director HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS policies. NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured consistent strength-based therapeutic interventions in a clients home to treat a youths behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families strengths!

Home and Community Based Therapist positions require in-person visits to clients homes.
Compensation:
Full Time Rates:
Starting at $75000- $90000 plus per year
Opportunity to earn up to $3000 Stay on bonus after first year!
Premiums paid for:
Non-English language capacity
Experience
Select clinical specialties
Qualifications:
Masters degree in psychology counseling social work or related field required
Clinical Licensure (LMSW LCSW LMHC LMFT LCAT etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage ones own schedule with client outreach.
Valid drivers license
Some afternoon andevening availability is a plus
Fluency in English required bilingual Spanish is a big plus!
Access to secure internet required.
