The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible for working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments develop treatment plans provide family consultations and trainings and supervise direct treatment. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment including but not limited to the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible to guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for our clients.

The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will supervise Direct Support Professionals. This position does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.

A true FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! Afternoons evenings and weekends available.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling or related human services field of study

Active clinical license LCSW LICSW LMHCA LMHC LMFTA LMFT

Valid drivers license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental cognitive physical medical neurological behavioral and/or emotional conditions.

Availability to work morning after school and evening hours

Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

A compassionate approach to care

Access to secured high speed internet required.
