HOA Site Coordinator Part-Time Temporary (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Location: Redondo Beach CA
Schedule: MondayFriday - 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week
Assignment Length: Approximately 6 months covering maternity leave
Pay: $24.00$27.00 per hour depending on experience
New Leaf Staffing is seeking a dependable professional and personable HOA Site Coordinator for a temporary part-time assignment at a residential condominium community in Redondo Beach.
This position will provide approximately six months of maternity leave coverage for the propertys regular Site Coordinator. The role will serve as the onsite point of contact for residents and provide day-to-day administrative support for the property during the leave period. The ideal candidate will be organized comfortable interacting with residents able to handle multiple routine responsibilities independently and know when to escalate issues to the offsite property management team.
The Site Coordinator will have support from the property management company and onsite maintenance staff for higher-level property or resident matters.

Responsibilities
- Answer resident telephone calls and emails and respond to general questions.
- Maintain and update resident information particularly for move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain the propertys callbox directory and program resident key fobs.
- Issue replacement parking passes garage remotes and key fobs.
- Collect occasional cash or check payments for replacement items and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Maintain logs for parking passes garage remotes key fobs and related items.
- Assist with distribution of annual resident parking stickers.
- Create work orders for onsite maintenance issues and communicate urgent matters to the maintenance supervisor.
- Provide residents with updates regarding maintenance and repair requests.
- Escalate higher-level resident or property concerns to the management company.
- Submit onsite employee payroll hours to management twice monthly.
- Conduct property walks approximately one to two times per month to identify maintenance cleaning or potential rule-compliance issues.
- Communicate maintenance and cleaning needs to the appropriate personnel or vendors.
- Forward potential rule violations to property management for review and resident communication.
- Conduct periodic bike-room inspections maintain space records and coordinate available spaces with residents on the waiting list.
- Process bike-room forms stickers and access programming as needed.
- Forward invoices vendor proposals and other higher-level correspondence to property management.
- Perform general onsite administrative and seasonal tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative property management HOA apartment community leasing office resident services or similar experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and comfortable communicating with residents.
- Highly organized with good attention to detail and recordkeeping.
- Comfortable using email basic computer systems and learning property-specific software or access-control systems.
- Able to handle routine responsibilities independently while recognizing when an issue should be escalated.
- Reliable and able to maintain a consistent MondayFriday schedule.
- Comfortable handling small cash/check transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Able to walk the property periodically as part of routine inspections.
