We are currently seeking a Resale Coordinator to join our Greensboro NC office location.

Your contribution to the team:

• Complete resale orders

• Process closing documents

• Contact attorneys regarding closings

• Scan information into software system

• Administrative duties as needed

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office experience necessary)

• Association/property management industry knowledge a plus

• Experience with register of deed websites a plus

• 3 5 years working in office environment required
