Roles and responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact between the client and the organization.
• Build strong working relationships with production managers supervisors and operational leads.
• Facilitate smooth communication by relaying updates escalations and action items promptly.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and continuous engagement.
