6. Do you have a valid BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross: Must be yes. Pharmacists need to be BLS in-person certified.
7. Expiration date of BLS/CPR certification: Do not submit unless they have a future date
8. Do you have Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (for pharmacists ONLY) (i.e. APhA) Needs to be yes
9. Are you open to floating to other stores in the area Mileage reimbursement applies only to miles exceeding 50 miles per day.

Duties
You will be responsible for the administration of multiple immunizations (ex: flu shingles COVID etc.)
Additionally you will:
Lead with Heart display empathy and compassion for your patients customers caregivers and colleagues on your team
Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting
Seek new ways to grow collaborate with others and deliver better outcomes
Align others around purpose to gain support and commitment

Experience
Minimum Required Qualifications:
This individual must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)*
Valid drivers License
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
