Hindi Content Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented Hindi language expert Were looking for a Hindi Content Specialist to review validate and curate written and audio content while ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance with client guidelines.

Working Hours: PST
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $23/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Review and curate Hindi written and audio content
Validate content accuracy and metadata
Identify and report content issues/bugs
Follow SOPs quality standards and client guidelines
Meet productivity and SLA targets
Collaborate with team leads and participate in training sessions

Required skills & Qualifications:

Native level or fully bilingual fluency (spoken and written) in the Hindi language with strong cultural awareness of the Indian market(s).

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures and quality standards.

Basic problem-solving skills (identify the issue gather evidence follow the escalation path).

Strong time management and ability to consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.

Comfortable working with multiple tools and web platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.

Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) and web browsers.

Comfortable working in a role that may involve exposure to content some may find sensitive or offensive.
