Job Summary
CUSD 303 is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as High School Dean of Students and Family at St. Charles East High School for the 2026 - 2027 SY.
This is a full-time 10-month range (without TRS): $72000-$95134. See job description attached.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education/Certification:
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- General Administrative or Principal endorsement
- Illinois Teacher Evaluation Approval
Major Responsibilities and Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Provide a safe healthy school environment for students and staff
- Coordinate MTSS within the building
- Organize and support academic and social-emotional assessment administration and analysis to determine Tier 1 2 and 3 support
- Participate in the alignment and integration of school-wide academic social and behavioral strategies and interventions
