Job Title: Licensed Plumber (Journeyman or Master)
Work Location: Jackson WI and surrounding area
Work Arrangement: On-Site and field-based
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday; daily hours vary based on active business demands. This is a variable full-time role up to 40 hours per week with weekly hours fluctuating alongside seasonal business needs and project volume. To meet shifting operational deadlines occasional overtime evening or weekend work may be required.
Travel: Daily travel to residential/commercial job sites throughout the local branchs service region.

- Compensation: $50 to $62 per hour base rate with on-target earnings of up to $150000/year.
- Hiring Incentive: Up to a $10000 Sign-On Bonus based on certifications and experience.

What Youll Do:
- Install repair and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Quickly identify the root cause of malfunctions and execute precision repairs.
- Build rapport with homeowners effectively presenting products and service options that solve their long-term needs.
- Provide timely solutions for urgent plumbing situations while maintaining clear communication with dispatch.
- Keep your company vehicle clean and well-stocked while ensuring every job site is left spotless.
- Accurately complete all digital paperwork and service records on time.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2 years of professional plumbing service repair and installation; Mandatory experience in residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Licensing: Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License required; A valid drivers license and a clean safe driving record.
- Integrity: High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
- Skills: A personable professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Compliance: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and a drug screening in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Must be able to stand walk and kneel for long periods throughout the day.
- Frequent bending squatting kneeling crawling and twisting of body while working.
- Be able to lift carry push or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.
- Must be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders scaffolding or bucket trucks at various heights.
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and is not limited by weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures including heat and cold as well as in dusty wet or dirty spaces.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $50 to $62 per hour
Range Basis: Within this range an individuals starting pay is determined by several factors including but not limited to relevant skills qualifications professional experience and internal equity across our organization.
Other Compensation: Overtime eligibility performance spiffs. See benefits listed above.
Overtime Classification: Hourly non-exempt
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
