About the Role:
Assisting Hands - Pinellas is looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our growing care team serving the Clearwater Pinellas St. Pete and Seminole areas. If you have a passion for helping others and making a real difference in peoples lives we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing grooming dressing and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility transfers and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client health behavior or condition to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
- Assist with light housekeeping laundry and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed
- Maintain accurate care logs and documentation per agency guidelines
Requirements:
- Valid HHA certification or CNA license in the state of Florida
- Prior experience in home health personal care or a clinical setting preferred
- Reliable transportation to service areas including Clearwater Pinellas Park St. Pete and Seminole
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
