What you bring to SBHG :

Education

  • Masters degree in Mental Health Field

Experience

  • Two (2) years direct service experience with seriously mentally disordered clients - one (1) year of which must be experience with children and adolescents

  • Prior experience in Wraparound direct service services preferred

  • Supervisory experience a plus

License or Certification

  • Licensed in California as an LMFT LCSW LPCC or Ph.D. Psychologist (must be active and unrestricted)

  • Two (2) years post licensure experience with ability to provide Clinical Supervision per BBS regulations

  • Valid California Drivers License and maintenance of a driving record that meets the company driver eligibility policy

  • CANS certified within 30-days of hire

How you will make a difference:

The Clinical Supervisor ensures the clinical integrity of the services provided to youth and families while supporting staff development and high-fidelity system alignment. This licensed practitioner plays a critical dual role: (1) supervising and mentoring Associate Clinicians as they pursue licensure and (2) providing clinical consultation and oversight across the Wraparound team ensuring that interventions are trauma-informed strengths-based and culturally respectful and relevant. The Clinical Supervisor ensures that Wraparound services adhere to federal and state regulatory standards including Medi-Cal documentation and audit readiness. This role also fosters interagency collaboration and contributes to organizational capacity-building through training reflective supervision and quality improvement efforts.

  • Programs: High Fidelity Wraparound services:Comprehensive Behavioral & Social Support Services Crisis response team-based approach

  • Population Served:Children Youth and Families battling trauma mental illness neglect or substance abuse

  • Facility & Setting:Multidisciplinary program sites serving SPA

  • Clinical Services:Trauma-informed care mental health treatment behavioral interventions and parental skill enhancement

  • Length of Stay:Based on need average stay is 18 months

  • Skills & Transition:

    • Strengths-based empowerment resilience building and long-term recovery/re-integration support

    • Family support skill development advocacy and comprehensive community resources
