Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)

Certifications: BLS
Experience: Heme onc experience is required Cellular Therapy experience a plus

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide clinical care for Hematology/Oncology patients in an outpatient setting.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to manage patient treatment plans.
Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.
Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
Assist with inpatient Heme/Onc services as needed.
