Job Summary
As a Helpdesk agent you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users resolving IT issues and maintaining the overall functionality of computer systems within an organization. This role requires a combination of remote assistance through the help desk and on-site support to address hardware and software-related problems. This is a full-time onsite position based at our clients location in Dayton OH.
- 2 years of experience in a Help Desk Service Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Working knowledge of DNS and DHCP.
- Experience supporting iMac and MacBook environments.
- Experience troubleshooting Chromebooks and Windows laptops.
- Experience working with IT ticketing/help desk systems.
- Required expertise with tools like Intune & Autopilot and SCCM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate must have a car as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
