Help Desk Tech Intern (College Credit)

We are looking for a motivated college student to join our team as a Help Desk Technician Intern. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on IT experience learn from experienced professionals and build your professional network.

Responsibilities:

• Help Desk Support: Support on-site technicians by assisting with level 1 technology tasks: install peripheral devices set up laptops manage equipment inventory for UW CFE EHS and MU.
• Audio Visual Technician: Provide support to the Campus Manager to support and maintain audio-visual equipment in Ansin and CFE conference rooms. Provide end-user training and assistance where required.

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program preferably in Information Technology Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Prior internship or work experience in IT is a plus but not required.
