What Youll Do as a Heavy Haul CDL Driver

• Operate CDL-A tractors with Landoll lowboy and other heavy-haul trailers to support industrial projects.
• Transport cranes forklifts construction equipment machinery and other industrial equipment safely to and from jobsites.
• Load unload and set machinery and equipment alongside the rigging crew.
• Perform hands-on industrial rigging and millwright work as part of each project.
• Work around cranes forklifts gantries skates and other specialized equipment used for machinery moving.
• Secure loads properly and maintain compliance with DOT requirements.
• Support the crew wherever needed to complete each job safely and efficiently.

Our Ideal Heavy Haul CDL Driver

• Experienced: 3 years of experience driving tractor-trailers and operating heavy equipment.
• Licensed: Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record and the ability to meet DOT physical requirements.
• Versatile: Rigging millwright crane or machinery-moving experience is preferred and will help you contribute across the jobsite.
• Safety-Minded: Understand safe equipment operation load securement and jobsite practices while working around heavy machinery.
• Physically Capable: Be prepared to lift up to 75 pounds climb up to 10 feet and regularly bend kneel stand and operate equipment.
• Team-Oriented: Bring dependability and a positive attitude to a crew that values safety professionalism skill and accountability.
