We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators who understand production respect others and take ownership of their work.

What Youll Do

• Operate excavatorsdozers (including finish work) loaders skid steers motor graders and compaction equipment
• Perform rough and finish grading trenching excavation and material movement
• Read and understand plans grade stakes and site layout
• Operate GPS/3D grade control systems (Trimble Topcon or similar preferred)
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
• Maintain production goals without compromising safety or quality
• Communicate clearly with foremen and crew members
• Keep equipment clean and job sites organized

What Were Looking For

• 23 years of experience in commercial earthwork or civil construction
• Strong understanding of grade and site layout
• GPS grade control experience a plus
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
• Willingness to work overtime as projects demand
• Reliable punctual and safety-focused

Physical & Work Environment Expectations

• Operate equipment for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Navigate active construction sites and uneven terrain
• Work up to 10 hour shifts when required
• Wear required PPE at all times
