Compassionate In-Home Caregiver (Non-Medical Support)

About the Role

In this role youll build meaningful connections while providing essential day-to-day support. If youre dependable kind and looking for rewarding work wed love to meet you.

What Youll Do

• Assist with personal care (bathing grooming dressing)
• Provide medication reminders
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Run errands and assist with daily tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Provide transportation to appointments or outings (as needed)

What You Need

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum of one year of personal or professional caregiving experience specifically with adults
• Valid California drivers license(out-of-state not accepted)
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance(must be listed driver)
• Ability to pass background check drug screening and DMV check
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) or willingness to obtain(well help!)
• Negative TB test(we cover the cost if needed)
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties
• Flexible availability
• Two professional references
• Strong communication skills
• A compassionate patient and dependable attitude
