About the Role
Were looking for a professional Security Officer to support a healthcare facility in Danbury CT. Youll help protect patients staff visitors and property while providing a calm helpful presence in a medical environment.

• Shift: First shift MondayFriday
• Pay: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances exits and overall facility security
• Greet and assist patients visitors and staff in a professional manner
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas
• Respond to incidents alarms and emergency situations as directed
• Enforce facility rules regulations and access control procedures
• Complete clear accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Work closely with healthcare staff to support a safe environment

Qualifications

• Prior security military law enforcement or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma or GED
• Must meet all local/state licensing requirements for security officers (if applicable)
• Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening in line with company policy
