We are seeking experienced Healthcare Management Consultants to support a State of Tennessee Department of Health requirement for Healthcare Management Consulting Services.

The selected professionals will provide healthcare management and consulting expertise to support the States objectives analyze business and operational needs provide recommendations and assist with the development and implementation of effective healthcare management solutions.

Because the detailed solicitation requirements are confidential candidates should have a strong background in healthcare management consulting healthcare operations program management process improvement and government or public-sector healthcare environments.

• Provide healthcare management consulting and advisory services.
• Analyze healthcare programs operations processes and organizational requirements.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations strategies and implementation approaches.
• Support healthcare program planning management and execution.
• Prepare professional reports analyses presentations and other consulting deliverables.
• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders management and government personnel.
• Support project management activities including planning coordination tracking and reporting.
• Assist with identifying operational risks challenges and potential solutions.
• Ensure consulting activities align with applicable healthcare policies regulations and government requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling State information and sensitive healthcare-related data.
• Perform other consulting activities required under the States Healthcare Management Consulting Services contract.

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Health Services Business Administration Public Health Management or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare management healthcare consulting healthcare operations or a closely related field.
• Experience providing management consulting or advisory services.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience developing reports recommendations presentations and business documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with government and healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations policies and regulatory environments.

• Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Public Health Business Administration or related field.
• Experience supporting state government or public-sector healthcare programs.
• Experience working with a State Department of Health or similar government healthcare organization.
• Healthcare-related certifications such as PMP CPH CHC or equivalent.
• Experience with healthcare program improvement strategic planning or organizational transformation.
• Experience working on government consulting contracts.
