A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing healthcare providers hospitals health systems physician groups and other healthcare industry participants in sophisticated litigation and regulatory disputes.
26 years of healthcare litigation commercial litigation healthcare regulatory or complex litigation experience
Experience representing hospitals health systems physician groups ambulatory surgery centers long-term care facilities or other healthcare providers preferred
Experience handling healthcare-related disputes involving reimbursement payor-provider matters regulatory issues fraud and abuse allegations or other complex healthcare litigation matters
Experience with pleadings discovery depositions motion practice hearings mediations and trial preparation
Experience appearing in state and federal courts preferred
Strong legal research writing analytical and advocacy skills
Ability to independently manage matters while working directly with clients
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
Sophisticated healthcare litigation platform
Exposure to complex healthcare disputes and regulatory matters
Significant client interaction and responsibility
