Health Transit Services Manager

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH)ishiringaHealth Transit Services Manager to join the Health Transit Services Department in Bolivar Missouri someone who leads with skill compassion and a drive to positivelyimpactevery patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Full-time
• WorkShift:Days
• Hours:Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

What Your Day Looks Like:The Health Transit Services Department coordinates transportation services for residents in our communities who require assistance to attend medical appointments.

As aHealth Transit Services Manager you will be:

• Coordinating team member schedules to ensure timely pick up and drop off for all scheduled appointments
• Coordinating maintenance and repair needs for vehicles and the department
• Addressing personnel and staffing needs including hiring and orienting new team members
• Maintaining all driver records for state and agency audit requests
• Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment
• Performing duties as a transit driver as needed

Qualifications

• Education:High school graduate or equivalent is required; Bachelors Degree preferred

• Skills/Experience:Public health or community health experience recommended
• Licensure/Certification: Class E license issued by the State of Missouri and must be in good standing with Department of Motor Vehicles; First Aid
• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting standing and walking; ability to lift push and pull up to 50 lbs. with and without assistance
