We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Benefits team part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Chicago IL or Houston TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Candidates must be available for the full internship period: Monday June 7th through Friday August 13th. We are unable to accommodate alternate start or end dates.

During this internship youll work alongside Marshs 2500 U.S. Health & Benefits consultants that deliver disciplined and consistent approaches to benchmarking data analytics financial management marketing compliance and communication.   • Collect and analyzehealthcare claims and utilization data including cost projections and evaluations
  • Supportthe Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of clients
  • Assistsenior consultants in reviewing client needs identifying suitable approaches and supporting implementation strategies
  • Modelemployee benefit contributions to help meet employer objectives
  • Help prepareclient deliverables and communications including reports spreadsheets and presentations
  • Support the National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans to create benchmarks of employers health and benefits plans

What you need to have:

  • Progress toward abachelors degreein business mathematics statistics economics health administration health policy or a related major
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university with an expected graduation date ofFall 2027 or Spring 2028
  • Preferred minimum GPA:3.0/4.0
  • Permanent ongoing U.S. work authorizationwithout the need for sponsorship now or in the future
  • Ability to workMonday June 7th through Friday August 13th in Summer 2027(no alternate dates)
