Head of Talent

Oratomic is on a mission to build the worlds first fault-tolerant quantum computer.

Were looking for a Head of Talent to build and lead our recruiting efforts as Oratomic grows. You will oversee the entire hiring process including finding and screening exceptional candidates coordinating interviews managing offers and onboarding new team members. Youll work closely with our scientists engineers and operations team to identify hiring needs develop recruiting processes and help us assemble an exceptional team to build the worlds first fault-tolerant quantum computer.

Requirements:

• Wants to build a quantum computer

• Works well in a highly collaborative team environment

Compensation:

• $200000-$300000/year depending on experience

• Benefits (health and dental coverage 401K unlimited PTO paid family leave visa sponsorship)

• Equity
