Description

Verily Health is looking for a leader of Patient & Member Programs to steward the scoping and planning of Member programs with partners. This leader will also build an operations framework to deliver for our growing roster of customers. Programs include patient awareness and education programs clinical research participant recruitment and study engagement and employee and payer benefits programs.

As the leader of Patient & Member Programs you will work closely with both commercial and marketing teams to engage with prospective and existing customers as the subject matter expert. This role requires exceptional cross-functional team building skills an evangelist mindset to showcase the benefits of our services and a patient-centered approach to ensure thoughtful engaging programs deliver value to the Verily Me members who choose to participate.

Responsibilities
  • Subject matter expert for Services that are designed to bring value to Verily Me patients (i.e. disease education options to join new clinical studies or additional care programs as a free benefit to members). Act as solutions owner for Member Services for client meetings kick-offs and quarterly reviews).

  • Lead delivery of Member Services with key clients with a small team focused on prospective customer engagement and program delivery. The Member Programs team will be responsible for kicking off delivery plans with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing as well as with the necessary Product and Legal teams.

  • Act as key liaison with core marketing teams who help support delivery i.e. Performance Marketing Creative to deliver digital marketing analytics and creative expertise to the Programs.

  • Act as a thought leader within Marketing and cross-functionally with product teams to influence roadmaps and optimizations that allow our Member Services to grow while improving Member satisfaction.

  • Help design new Programs that expand Member value via improved benefits in care or research.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Senior marketing or commercial leader with 8 years of experience developing and leading B2B services and solutions that require ongoing active management.

  • Significant experience building and executing member programs at scale that drive enrollment engagement and member satisfaction.

  • Previous experience leading customer delivery media campaign ecommerce or subscription marketing services.

  • Experience designing new services by partnering closely with Finance teams to forecast and build P&Ls and test pricing scenarios.

  • Team builder and collaborator; able to collaborate navigate and influence teams to achieve results and build a positive team culture.

  • Ability to synthesize data to deliver business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across B2C and B2B brands. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity building and growing a high performance team.

  • Experience at high growth companies is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205000-$308000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
