About the Role:
A fast-growing staffing and recruitment organization is seeking a Head of Office to oversee overall office performance operations recruitment delivery and financial oversight. This role serves as the operational leader of the office ensuring staffing success for property management clients while maintaining strong financial discipline efficient workflows and a high-performing team environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. They are highly organized results-driven and able to balance people management with operational execution. This person thrives in accountability problem-solving and driving consistent performance across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Leadership & Management
- Oversee all day-to-day office operations
- Lead HR recruiters finance staff and billing personnel
- Build an accountable performance-driven office culture
- Ensure alignment with company operational standards and policies
Recruitment & Staffing Delivery
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and staffing fulfillment
- Ensure timely placement of candidates for property management clients
- Monitor pipelines fill rates and placement quality
- Support recruiters with strategy prioritization and execution
- Maintain strong candidate and client experience standards
Finance & Billing Oversight
- Supervise billing invoicing and payment processes
- Ensure accuracy of timesheets payroll coordination and client invoicing
- Track office revenue performance and placement activity
- Partner with leadership on financial reporting and metrics
- Maintain strong financial controls and documentation standards
Client Service & Account Execution
- Ensure consistent service delivery across all client accounts
- Act as escalation point for client or candidate issues
- Maintain strong relationships with property management clients
- Coordinate with Area Managers on client performance
Operational Execution & Reporting
- Track KPIs including placements revenue billing accuracy and productivity
- Prepare performance reports for leadership
- Implement operational improvements and efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with staffing policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 5 years in a leadership or office management role
- Experience managing teams and operational workflows
- Strong understanding of recruitment or staffing operations
- Experience with billing or financial oversight preferred
- Highly organized with strong execution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance leadership with operational accountability
