Someone who can create strategy prioritize initiatives align marketing with business goals and build accountability across the department.
What Youll Own
- Lead marketing strategy across multiple portfolio companies
- Manage and develop an internal team of web developers designers strategists and social media professionals
- Own digital marketing SEO paid advertising branding content and lead generation
- Prioritize projects and marketing investments based on business impact
- Establish KPIs and measure marketing performance
- Partner closely with executive leadership and Sales to support company growth
- Build scalable processes accountability and operational discipline within the marketing department
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of marketing leadership experience
- Experience leading internal marketing teams
- Strong digital marketing background including Meta Ads and SEO
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets
- Data-driven decision maker who understands marketing ROI
- Strong leadership coaching and project prioritization skills
