Job Summary

Roland Berger an international management consulting firm is seeking a creative and collaborative Head of Marketing Americas to elevate its brand and support a rapidly expanding team.

This role will lead the development and execution of a cohesive regional marketing strategy ensuring strong alignment with global priorities while driving measurable growth in visibility and market presence. Reporting to senior management this individual will play a critical role in scaling the firms footprint and reinforcing its position as a trusted advisor in the market.

The role in action:

  • Shape and execute a high-impact marketing strategy aligned with global priorities elevating the firms visibility and brand positioning.
  • Lead end-to-end content and campaign delivery translating ideas into high-impact programs that generate measurable results.
  • Execute analytics-informed marketing efforts that drive pipeline growth deepen prospect connection and enhance conversion rates.
  • Increase brand impact through strategic relationships and integrated channel strategies spanning media events social and partnerships while cultivating strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage and develop a regional team while continuously tracking performance and refining strategies based on data-driven insights.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Bring 8 years of experience in business development marketing or other professional services settings; 2 years of management experience is required.
  • Hold a bachelors or masters degree in marketing economics or related field.
  • Demonstrate strong global B2B marketing expertise with the ability to develop cross-channel strategies build relationships and manage competing priorities effectively.
