Head Coach, Track, Varsity Boys

JOB GOAL:
To develop and maintain an efficient and competitiveathletic program. We believe in competitive opportunities strength and conditioning and camp opportunities. Queen Creek is a 6A athletic sports program that has Varsity JV and Freshman levels. Assistant Varsity Head Coach is expected to develop coaches and athletes at all 3 levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. NFHS Concussion Course
2. NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching
3. NFHS Bullying Hazing & Inappropriate Behaviors Course
4. Head Coaches must also have NFHS Sport-Specific Course and First Aid Course
5. 3 years of experience preferedof varsity coaching experience
6. Ability to pass a background investigation
7. Must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:Assistant Varsity Basketball 2:30 p.m.- 6 p.m.
COMPENSATION:Per QCUSD salary schedule for applicable position
REPORTS TO: Athletic Director

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following:

1. Fundraising
2. Run camps and clinics
3. Compliance of all AIA Bylaws
